Avoid contact with perfumes, creams, makeup, alcohol, seawater, pool water, and other chemicals that may affect their appearance. After each use, clean them with a microfiber cloth to remove sweat and preserve their luster. When traveling, transport your jewelry in a jewelry box or its individual packaging to prevent scratches and damage.

The warranty for our products applies only to manufacturing defects and is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. SENDA Nelly Rojas does not accept exchanges or returns for jewelry that shows damage due to improper use, including impacts, exposure to the elements, moisture, use of chemicals, or failure to follow the instructions provided at the time of purchase and in the certificate of authenticity, among others.
The jewelry may be accepted for repair or exchange at the discretion of SENDA Nelly Rojas, in accordance with applicable legal provisions. Please note that the warranty will be void if the customer makes modifications to the jewelry or accessory.
